CP Engineering has various technologies that allow us to do our jobs more efficiently. The My Vessel Management system and vendor technology platforms will be used to efficiently detect problems and serve our customers better.

My Vessel Management

The My Vessel Management system (MVM) is an online user interface platform that allows vessel owners and vessel engineers to log on and check the status of their ships any time that new information becomes available.

MVM keeps track of maintenance schedules, oil analysis reports, past repairs and maintenance logs, current repair schedules, and more. Users can log into the system to receive a full report on all aspects of their fleet.

Using our system allows for increased organization throughout all aspects of fleet management, an issue that the maritime industry has trouble addressing. The customer portal and project manager, which is ran through a CPE web server, features are customizable and will allow us to have a personalized and organized interface in which to interact with our customers.

Vendor Technologies

CPE has various vendor technologies available when diagnosing issues or performing services. Technologies such as Cummins Quick Serve, Caterpillar Service Information System (SIS), and Caterpillar Electronic Technician (Cat ET) are some of the few at our disposal

These are diagnostic software that allows technicians to communicante, diagnose, and service electronically controlled engines and machines. When the devices are connected a technician can diagnose existing and potential problems, configure products, and obtain data for analysis.

Technicians will use this technology when working on fixing a broken component, preforming routine maintenance, or when suggesting the parameters of a service plan.
